Terms of Trade

All prices quote's are in US Dollars and DO NOT include shipping and any taxes that are petitioned by your local governing body.

PiedmontFlag.com and its parent company are non-volunteer Tax Collectors for the State of North Carolina. North Carolina residents must comply with State Tax Law's prior to shipment of items ordered.

Hand-crafted flags require special handling and production time. Shipment schedules are quoted upon receipt of order and / or approval of your artwork.

Payment Net Prior to Shipment: Full payment in advance is required on all items, unless otherwise stated. We accept as payment VISA, MasterCard, USPS Money Orders, Checks, through PayPal and International Postal Money Orders payable in US Dollars through a United States Bank. Checks and Money Orders NOT payable in US Dollars through a United States Bank are NOT accepted as payment and your order will be canceled without notice. Credit Card orders are subject to credit verification and approval. For your protection credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address require additional verification which may delay shipment.

All sales F.O.B. point of shipment unless otherwise stated. All costs of freight, transportation, mailing and insurance must be prepaid and all demurrage charges shall be paid for by buyer. Buyer shall also pay for all increased freight rates whether prepayment for freight rates has been made or not.
All items becomes the customers property at the time it is accepted by the carrier. All claims and allowances for damage of items incurred in transit must be filled by the buyer and presented immediately to the carrier.
Prices on acknowledged orders are firm.

Prices listed in any catalog or price list ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Quotations for custom made or special orders are valid for 30 days after issuance. All orders will be invoiced at prices in effect at the time of shipment or acknowledgment.

Piedmont Flag Company reserves the exclusive right to make the final decision concerning repairs, replacements. or other adjustments. It is understood, with written authorization, that on returning a flag or other items for adjustments that the buyer must prepay return freight.

Unless otherwise stated electronically or by other means of communication. Placing an order with or through PiedmontFlag.com you have entered a lawful contract with Piedmont Flag Company, which is governed by the commerce laws of the State of North Carolina and that YOU have read and agree with TERMS OF TRADE.

Flags made with our Natural Fiber Cotton Bunting combine, meticulous construction, beauty and durability with the traditional look and feel of the early American Flagmakers. With a little prudent care and use, your flag(s) will last a long time, guaranteed. Your use and care are NOT guaranteed.

Before ordering Please keep in mind that our Natural Fiber Cotton Bunting, Nylon Bunting and Spun Polyester Bunting are specially made for flag making, guaranteed. All of our Bunting flags are made with the finest materials available and exceed all of the industries specifications.

Flags manufactured, sewn or have painted designs, seal's or logo's, with synthetic or natural fiber material's not specially made for flag making, (Natural fiber or Man-Made Silk's, spun wool or cotton sheeting, etc.) are NOT guaranteed. Piedmont Flag Company does not have control over any of the processes in the manufacture of these materials. Some of the methods of spinning yarn, weaving of the cloth and the large variety of synthetic or natural dyes used may cause the flag(s) to bleed and the paint to crack, peal and bleed, before, after or when a flag gets wet or misused.
